The Tishman Speyer Team tasked us with rebranding 148 Lafayette, their latest property acquisition. The goal was to reposition the building as a premier luxury offering. While the SoHo address is already highly coveted, it was essential to elevate the brand through engaging narrative and compelling visuals.
The Approach
Our approach started with a competitive analysis/audit of commercial real estate offerings within a 3-mile radius, as well as other major hubs in the US that catered to our target audience. This gave the client clear insight into the current branding landscape, and we developed a distinctive and cohesive visual system based on our findings.
