The RXR team tasked us to develop a brand identity and supporting collateral for their Building Services division. Previously focused solely on RXR properties, the division was expanding to serve the broader commercial real estate market.

The Approach

Our approach was surveying the building services landscape within New York City, analyzing how competitors positioned themselves and the services they promoted. Through this research, we identified a gap in the market for high-end building services that felt both sophisticated and accessible.
